Ofisgate has developed a Network Monitoring, Management, and Control Centre located at Ofisgate headquarter in Kuala Lumpur. The Centre is called "NMCC".
NMCC is offering a service to customer who wishes to outsource their Network Monitoring, Management and Control to a 3rd party provider. NMCC will ensure a cost effective solutions in managing and controlling complex network which may turn to be a burden to organization who manage it themselves.

The NMCC enables you to isolate network faults before they become critical, identify symptoms of performance degradation and notify responsible contact groups with warning notifications via SMS text messaging, Pager Activation and e-mail.
